2. Booking & Confirmation
- Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
- A booking is confirmed only after payment or advance confirmation, as communicated at the time of booking.
- Customers must provide accurate service details, address, and contact information.
3. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are communicated before service confirmation.
- Prices may vary depending on the size of the property, condition, and service requirements.
- Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (advance or full payment).
- Once a service is completed, payments are non-refundable.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Customers are requested to inform us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation charge.
- Rakesh Enterpricess reserves the right to reschedule services due to unavoidable circumstances.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time.
- Valuable or fragile items should be secured before the cleaning service begins.
- Electricity and water supply must be available during the service.
6. Safety & Damages
- Our staff takes utmost care while performing services.
- Any damage must be reported immediately during or after service completion.
- Rakesh Enterpricess will not be responsible for pre-existing damages or issues.
7. Service Satisfaction
- We strive to provide high-quality services.
- If you are not satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address your concern.
8. Use of Cleaning Products
- We use safe and standard cleaning products.
- If a customer requests specific products, it must be communicated in advance.
9. Liability
Rakesh Enterpricess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services beyond the service value.
