We strive to provide the best deep cleaning experience. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns, including re-cleaning or adjusting the service.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation before service: You can cancel your booking at least 12 hours before the scheduled service to receive a full refund.
  • Late cancellation or no-show: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service or no-shows may incur a partial or no refund, depending on the situation.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during booking.
  • Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Any service-related adjustments will be communicated before processing a refund.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • You can reschedule your service at least 12 hours in advance without any charges.
  • Rescheduling within less than 12 hours may be subject to additional charges.
